(AOE), a private, family-owned and operated food manufacturer based in Port Reading, NJ, has been America's premier bottler of quality preserves, sauces and condiments for more than fifty years. Responsible for such well-known brands as Sorrell Ridge® fruit spreads, Ah-So® Chinese-style BBQ sauce, Dai-Day® duck sauce, Plantation® molasses and countless others, AOE proudly acquired the assets and good will of The Whipple Company (Whipple) on January 24, 2004.

The Whipple Company is the producer of Grandmother's® brand, registered in 1899, which offers a wide array of products including pie fillings, preserves and relishes. Whipple also manufactures numerous private label brands for customers across the nation.

Allied is highly enthusiastic about the synergies that exist between its current product line and that of The Whipple Company.
