Stir Fry Beef with Vegetables

2 T. Sun Luck Seasoned Wok Oil
1/2 C. top round, cut into strips
5 C. assorted vegetables, sliced (bok choy, onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, Sun Luck Waterchestnuts, Sun Luck Bamboo Shoots)
Sun Luck Hot Chili Sesame Oil (to taste)
1/3 C. Sun Luck Hot & Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
1 t. sugar
1 t. cornstarch (optional, for thicker sauce)
       
Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Stir fry meat until browned. Add vegetables and stir fry for 4 minutes (until vegetables are tender crisp). Add chili sesame oil to taste. Combine stir fry sauce, sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Add sauce to vegetables and stir fry 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve over Niko Niko Calrose Rice or Sun Luck Long Grain Rice.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
