Barbecue Pork

2-3 lbs. lean pork roast cut into 21/2"x2"x7" strips

Marinade:
3 T. Sun Luck Hoisin Sauce
3 T. catsup
1/2 t. Sun Luck Chinese Style Five Spice
1 T. Sun Luck Mirin
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. salt
1 t. ginger, minced
1 t. garlic, minced

Marinate meat at least 2 hours at room temperature. If marinating overnight, cover meat and place in refrigerator. Line a pan with foil and cover with 1/4 inch of water. Place a rack over the pan of water.

Arrange pork strips on rack and roast at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour or until done. (Turn and baste meat after 1/2 hour.)

Allow meat to cool slightly before slicing. Slice 1/4 inch thick and serve with Sun Luck Hot Mustard, catsup, and Sun Luck Toasted Sesame Seeds.
