Prep. Time: 20 mins.

Cook Time: 1 hour

Preheat oven: 350 degrees

Makes 10 servings.

1 small can of unsweetened pineapple slices - juice and slices
1 teaspoon of dried mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1 5lb. pre-cooked ham
1-10 oz. jar Sorrell Ridge Peach
1-10 oz. jar Sorrell Ridge Strawberry
1/2 box of whole cloves

To make the glaze:
Blend together in a bowl 1/2 a jar (5 oz.) of Sorrell Ridge Strawberry and 1/2 a jar (5 oz.) of Sorrell Ridge Peach. Now blend in the juice from the can of pineapple, the mustard and the 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves.

To bake the ham:
Place the pre-cooked ham in a large shallow baking dish. Using the 1/2 box of whole cloves, stud the corners of the diamond scores in the fat of the ham with the cloves to make an attractive pattern. Now pour the glaze all over the ham. Bake the ham 1 hour, uncovered and baste often with the glaze. Remove from oven and transfer the ham to a serving platter.

3. Decorate the ham by coating the pineapple slices with a bit of the glaze and holding the slice to the ham with wooden toothpicks.

4. Now add the remaining Sorrell Ridge Peach and Strawberry to the pan drippings and blend to make the perfect gravy sauce to accompany your ham. Heat the sauce before serving. Place the sauce in a gravy boat and pass around the table.
