Makes 2 servings.

2 tablespoons Plantation Molasses
Dash of salt
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup milk
4 to 5 slices bread

1. Mix first four ingredients. Dip each slice of bread into mixture.

2. Fry until golden brown in a little hot fat. Serve with butter or margarine and Plantation Molasses.
